Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 cup Almond Milk

  • 2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey (or sweetener of choice)

  • * optional: 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Toppings of your choice: fresh berries or other fruit, granola, nut butter, Greek yogurt, etc

Directions:

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Let it sit on the counter for 5 minutes, then give it another whisk.

  3. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least one hour, or overnight. (It’s best if you let it sit overnight!)

Optional

  • Combine ingredients in a high-powered blender. Start at a low setting on your blender and progress to high. Blend until chia seeds are almost undetectable and the mixture is smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender with a spatula if needed.

Notes:

  • Chia pudding should be thick and ready to enjoy, so you can top it with your favorite toppings and dive in, or if you like your chocolate pudding cold, transfer to a resealable container, cover, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to chill before eating.
